Role Overview:
We're hiring a
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales and marketing across North America, particularly focused on independent elevator contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Administer a dealer (Advantage Partner) network in Canada and the United States.
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support these Advantage Partners in their local markets to bid jobs and get specified by Architects.
Follow and enhance company policies and procedures to ensure Advantage Partner database is complete and accurate.
Complete/develop all of the customer support documentation and the supporting spread sheets.
Follow up with any Advantage Partner questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Production to ensure that the Advantage Partner is being looked after.
