As a

Sales Coordinator

, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. We're seeking a

professional, polished, and personable individual

to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership while providing administrative support to our sales and management teams with efficiency and precision.

This position serves as a central point of contact between management, sales advisors, service teams, and clients to help ensure an efficient and professional dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities



Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring a luxury-level experience from the moment they arrive Manage inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate schedules for the sales and service departments Complete administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, inventory assistance, handling mail and cheques, and organizing vehicle ownership documentation Assist with vehicle licensing Support dealership events, client hospitality, and office organization Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, Sales Managers, and Business Managers Collaborate with marketing and social media efforts to promote dealership events and promotions Locate, coordinate, and arrange pick-up for dealer trades Stock-in new, used, lease buyout, and wholesale vehicles Maintain and update key tracking logs and reports Ensure timely updates to vehicle inventory and listings on dealership websites Verify sales deposits and cheque requisitions Coordinate porter activities, track and renew dealer plates, stickers, and insurance for dealership vehicles, and oversee demo vehicle preparation Manage supply orders and help maintain cleanliness in the showroom, lounge, washrooms, desk areas, and cafe as needed

Requirements



Positive attitude and commitment to excellence Proven experience in automotive sales coordination, administration, dealership operations, licensing, or similar roles (automotive experience preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment Knowledge of dealership software systems, especially
