Role Overview




We're seeking a Sales Co-op to help expand our channel partnerships and sales pipeline for DermEngine and OptimaScan. You'll play an important role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads through consultative, value-based conversations--not just selling products, but solving real problems for clinicians and partners.


This position combines sales development, market research, and relationship-building in an environment where technology, AI, and healthcare intersect.

Key Responsibilities




+ Research and qualify new prospects (clinics, hospitals, distributors, resellers)
+ Support channel development initiatives and regional partner mapping
+ Conduct consultative outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn--focusing on customer needs and value creation
+ Assist the sales team in preparing demos, follow-ups, and sales presentations
+ Maintain and organize CRM records in HubSpot
+ Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns for targeted outreach
+ Track KPIs like meetings booked, conversion rates, and partner engagement
+ Stay up to date on AI trends and digital health technologies to strengthen product positioning

Requirements



+ Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Tech-savvy and passionate about AI, SaaS, or medical technology
+ Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
+ Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
