We are currently seeking to fill a

Sales Consultant

position for our

Downtown Toronto

store.

Your role as a Sales Consultant at Home Societe:

Welcome, guide and advise clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; Help our customers design their interior and exterior spaces; Develop a strong network of clients and create a long-term relationship with them; Achieve your sales objectives. Respect at all times of the aesthetics and displays, as determined by our team; Perform regular follow-ups of sales contracts to ensure that the delivery and after-sales service are carried out as soon as possible and to the complete satisfaction of clients.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills:

A keen interest in the world of decor; A minimum of

3 years experience

in a similar role; A confident and convincing approach, as well as an understanding of esthetic language; Strong communication skills (knowledge of French will be considered an asset); Available to work during the day, the evening and on weekends; A positive, dynamic and respectful attitude with both clients and work colleagues; An in-depth and continually updated knowledge of design trends.
