We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts.
Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups diligently.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
Provide high-end sales support, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly.
Leverage multilingual abilities, including Spanish, to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and dealership experience to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience in
luxury
sales in any industry is a great asset.
Documented customer satisfaction results from your current/previous employers
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Continuing communication with clients throughout their purchasing experience is essential and crucial.
Solid understanding of marketing principles related to the sales process.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
