Job Overview:
Reporting to the General Manager and senior Home Sales Consultant(s), the Home Sales Associate will work with the team to ensure each customer enjoys and is confident in the process of designing and building the home of their dreams.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales team to build strong, lasting customer relationships.
Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, email, and via website inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Guide customers through the home buying process, preparing proposals, contracts, purchase agreements, change orders, and finance approvals.
Qualify and manage sales leads, maintain CRM files, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly funnel reports for the Sales team and General Manager.
Coordinate and attend customer meetings and walk-throughs with Sales and Production teams.
Work closely with Design and Production teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of construction details and change orders.
Keep customer files accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with the Advertising/Marketing teams to maintain and improve sales brochures, website content, social media updates and other marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular show home walkthroughs to stay current on stock and display home details.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Sales & Design Centre.
Obtain quotes for materials, products, and services as needed.
Support continuous improvement of internal processes and customer experience.
Stay current on industry trends and share insights with the team.

Requirements
Experience, training or education in residential construction and building materials.
Advanced computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Professional, confident, and able to lead by example.
Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Ability to read blueprints.
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and alternate Saturdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
