As a Sales Consultant at Modern Ambition, you are more than a retail associate--you're a trusted style advisor, a brand storyteller, and an essential part of a new movement in luxury menswear. You'll be the face of our flagship store, delivering high-touch, personalized service that connects clients not just to the product--but to the purpose behind it.

Responsibilities
Deliver a refined and authentic client experience, rooted in personal connection, product expertise, and service excellence
Offer style guidance and wardrobe consultation that reflects the client's lifestyle, taste, and the Modern Ambition brand
Cultivate long-term relationships through clienteling, proactive outreach, and post-purchase follow-up
Contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs including UPT, ADT, SPH, and conversion goals
Maintain high standards for store presentation, visual merchandising, and fitting room experience
Stay informed and excited about product knowledge, sustainability initiatives, and seasonal collections
Support operational tasks including POS transactions, stock handling, and daily store upkeep

Qualifications
A passionate, service-minded individual with 1-2 years of retail or client-facing experience (luxury or lifestyle brand experience is a plus)
Warm, engaging, and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident in personal styling and building genuine client relationships
Detail-oriented and reliable, with a proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
Passionate about fashion, design, and making a positive impact through conscious consumerism
