For our store in Whitby we are looking for a Part Time
Sales Consultant
.This position might lead to a full time . Ideal candidate will have a passion for
interior design
. It will assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. This involves ensuring that sales transactions are completed accurately.
Specific Skills
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
- Proficiency in outside sales and negotiation
- Ability to develop new business and manage accounts effectively
- Experience in B2B and technical sales
- Familiarity with marketing strategies
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
