Summary

We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team at & JEON Bridal in Toronto. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting brides with their dream gowns, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional bridal couture experiences.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences for bridal attire. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and following up on leads. Provide high-level customer service throughout the buying process. Collaborate with the design team to stay updated on new collections and trends. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach efforts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end retail or fashion.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous (especially Spanish). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
