Key Responsibilities:
Engage and assist walk-in, phone, and online customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
Understand and promote the features and benefits of BRP products (Can-Am and Ski-Doo units)
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides (as applicable)
Follow up with prospects, track leads, and maintain detailed customer records using CRM software
Work with the finance and service teams to ensure a smooth delivery process
Stay up to date on new product releases, promotions, and seasonal trends
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot
Qualifications:
Previous retail or vehicle sales experience (powersports, automotive, or marine preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Passion for powersports and outdoor recreation
Valid driver's license
Availability to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours
