Responsibilities:

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles Meet monthly and annual sales target goals Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis Communicate regularly with past and present customers Be precise with information Be a stairs not an elevator type person Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders Be able to crush goals Be ready to be a part of a championship team
Requirements:

Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle Computer knowledge and understanding A positive mind set at all times Hard Working Self confidence is key Ability to self-manage Ambitious and approachable Attention to detail Customer focused and strong communication skills Strong time management skills Coachable and trainable Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call Valid Driver's License is required
