Who You Are
You love people, have a strong sales background and a passion for outdoor adventures! As an RV Sales Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company's brand and promote our range of recreational vehicles (RVs) to potential guests. You will create awareness, generate excitement and ultimately drive the sales of our amazing products. You have excellent guest experience skills to support guests from the moment they walk into our showrooms to learn about our RVs through to their memorable delivery day experience

Essential Job Functions
Guest Engagement & Relationship Management
Greet and qualify prospective guests, understanding their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Sales Process Execution
Conduct product demonstrations, RV tours, and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
Present financing, and trade-in options in coordination with the finance department.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while meeting dealership or company profit goals.
Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately.

Product Knowledge & Expertise
Stay updated on current RV inventory, including specifications, features, and upgrades.
Understand competitive products and market trends to position offerings effectively.
Explain technical details such as towing capacity, power systems, appliances, and maintenance requirements.
Educate guests on available add-ons, service packages, and extended warranties.

Inventory & Showroom Management
Ensure RVs are properly staged, clean, and ready for presentation to guests.
Coordinate with service and prep teams to ensure units are delivered in top condition.
Provide feedback to management regarding guest preferences, popular models, and inventory needs.

Marketing & Lead Generation
Participate in RV shows, dealership events, and community outreach programs.
Use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Assist in creating social media or online content showcasing available RVs and promotions.
Collaborate with management teams to implement promotional campaigns.

Compliance & Customer Satisfaction
Adhere to all provincial and federal regulations regarding RV sales.
Conduct thorough RV orientation/walk-throughs for new owners to ensure satisfaction and reduce returns.
Handle guest concerns and coordinate solutions with service or management teams.
Strive to achieve high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about new models, RV technology, and industry regulations through training and certifications.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Build trust and rapport by providing expert advice on RV types, floorplans, and features.
Maintain ongoing relationships with guests to encourage referrals, repeat sales, and service loyalty.
Follow up with leads from walk-ins, phone calls, website inquiries, trade shows, and RV expos.
