Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for managing the lead department.
Assist all customers in finding their desired vehicle within their budget.
Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, friendliness, and care.
Offer complete and detailed explanations regarding vehicle options and purchases.
Gather and process all necessary information and documentation for customer files.
Present protection plans and introduce customers to the Finance Manager.
Ensure customers fully understand all documentation, warranties, and protections related to their purchase.
Accurately input data into our DMS (One Eighty).
Facilitate vehicle purchases from outside vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid OMVIC License (required)
Proven track record in automotive or related sales
Strong network and existing clientele base preferred
Requirements:
OMVIC license in good standing
Minimum 6 months of automotive sales experience
Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to work 5 days per week (44 hours), including flexible hours
Post-secondary education or college diploma preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, customer-focused, and competitive attitude
Excellent telephone manner, patience, and professionalism

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mississauga, ON L5B 1J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
