What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in person, online, and by phone to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicles Manage and follow up on leads from multiple sources to achieve individual and team sales goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery Stay up to date on product knowledge and new Kia models through regular training Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience (Kia, Hyundai, or OEM brand experience an asset) A passion for cars and helping people find the perfect fit Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A positive, go-getter attitude and desire to continuously improve Valid OMVIC and Ontario Driver's Licenses
