Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and driving high-end sales across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in outside sales. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our sales pipeline, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing deal negotiations to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation. Engage with potential clients via outside sales efforts, including B2B sales and dealership interactions. Conduct high-end sales consultations, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and professional communication. Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities during customer interactions. Support sales management by tracking sales activities, maintaining organized records, and preparing reports. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or dealership environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are a plus. Experience with sales management tools and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Ability to perform upselling and cross-selling techniques confidently. Knowledge of marketing principles and how they apply to sales strategies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client accounts. Proficiency in math for calculating quotes, discounts, and payment plans. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging clients professionally. Pay: $65,000.00-$166,465.20 per year
