Responsibilities:

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles with passion and precision Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system Stay connected with past, present, and future customers Show up with a positive attitude, stay motivated, and be open to learning Contribute to a team that's focused on winning together

What You Bring:

Confidence, self-motivation, and a growth mindset A strong customer service focus and sales-driven mindset Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM) Strong time management and organizational skills Coachability and a positive attitude - always A valid driver's license Availability to work on Saturdays
