Participate in Sales training and use acquired knowledge to gain sales

Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as strong negotiation and presentation skills
Scan local social media sites and respond to people inquiring about any vehicle purchase in a professional matter
Participate in walk-arounds to gain knowledge and excitement about our products
Educate yourself on available inventory by completing daily lot walks
Enhance reputation by bringing awareness of the dealership to the community with professionalism and knowledge ex (sports teams, volunteering, board member)
Guest surveys completed with each buyer
Listen and understand buyers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Sell to the buyers needs
Follow Sales process with each buyer. (no prejudging buyers)
Be completely prepared when working with your desking manager
Explain characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
Develop buyers and building and/or maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; completing sales
Promote warranties, service plans and complete a proper finance turnover.
Educate buyer on their purchase. Help the client to feel confident and excited to use their new vehicle and technology
Provide each buyer a reason to come back to you. Give them a great experience that will be remembered. (button-up; gift certificate, flowers ect)
Follow correct protocol with any issues concerning the work environment.
