Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Present and demonstrate our full Ford lineup, including trucks, SUVs, and EVs
Guide customers through the sales and financing process with professionalism and enthusiasm
Build lasting relationships through exceptional service
Collaborate with the Sales Manager, F&I team, and other team members to meet and exceed sales goals
Stay current on product knowledge and market trends
Qualifications
Valid Ontario driver's licence and clean driving record
OMVIC licence
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
