As a Sales Consultant, your primary goal is to guide customers through an exceptional vehicle-buying experience. Whether it's through internet leads, phone inquiries, or walk-in customers, your role is to provide expert assistance and drive sales.
What We Look For:
Excellent listening skills to provide superior customer service and understand needs
Ability to complete vehicle sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Coachable and open to feedback - we will train the right person
Capable of conducting vehicle demonstrations and answering customer questions
Ability to drive a manual transmission an asset
Timely and effective follow-up with prospects and customers to generate sales
Professional, honest, and sensitive approach to representing the company
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and Saturdays
