Who you are:

The BEST candidates will have a sincere and genuine understanding for our clients' needs and expectations. You will have sales commission experience with a high customer service IQ, a thorough understanding of the sales process, and how to help our clients seamlessly through it. You will take great pride in your work and have a TEAM first mentality and attitude!

Responsibilities:

Meet monthly and annual sales target goals Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis Communicate regularly with past and present customers Be precise with information Be stairs not elevator type person Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders Be able to crush goals Be ready to be a part of a championship team

Requirements

:

Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle Computer knowledge, understanding and expertise a must A positive mind set at all times Basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge required Self confidence is key Ability to self-manage Ambitious and approachable Attention to detail Customer focused and strong communication skills Strong time management skills Coachable and trainable Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call Valid Driver's License is required
