Who you are:

The BEST candidates will have a sincere and genuine understanding for our clients' needs and expectations. You will have sales commission experience with a high customer service IQ, a thorough understanding of the sales process, and how to help our clients seamlessly through it. You will take great pride in your work and have a TEAM first mentality and attitude!

Responsibilities:

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles Meet monthly and annual sales target goals Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis Communicate regularly with past and present customers Be precise with information Be a stairs not an elevator type person Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders Be able to crush goals Be ready to be a part of a championship team

Requirements

:

Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle 2 years previous sales experience Computer knowledge, understanding and expertise a must A positive mind set at all times Basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge required Self confidence is key Ability to self-manage Ambitious and approachable Attention to detail Customer focused and strong communication skills Strong time management skills Coachable and trainable Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call Valid Driver's License is required
