In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing detailed information about products and services. Maintain an organized sales area, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, dealership promotions, and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to customers.

Skills

Proven experience in sales or retail sales, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a wider customer base. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
