Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. This a base salary plus bonuses/commisions. The position requires daily travel to clients homes. Most appointments are within Dartmouth/Halifax and are typically less than 2 hours from HRM with some exceptions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. We will consider full-time or part-time positions (Part-time positions are under a different pay structure).

If selected interviews will be taking place in person in Dartmouth on November 29th.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets Utilize sales techniques to increase sales Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions Conduct outside sales visits to clients Provide support and information to customers throughout the process from initial consultation to installation and beyond. To maintain the knowledge necessary to be able to provide customers with the information and solutions To adapt and learn new product as necessary in a continually evolving market. Commitment to meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas Preparing and submitting weekly sales and expense reports to management Use of companies pricing tools and other computer programs Professional hygiene, appearance, and attitude

Personality, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service is mandatory for success in this position. Customer service skills - listen to customers and professionally answer questions. To be able to resolve customer concerns/problems in a professional and timely manner. Effective written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and a basic level of proficiency with computers Must be able to plan and organize time and resources efficiently. Must have Valid Nova Scotia driver's license with a clean drivers' abstract Professional appearance and attitude The ability to work independently or part of a team as necessary. Candidates must be bondable.
