Sales Consultant

to join our growing team. Whether you're new to automotive sales or a seasoned professional, we welcome individuals with a strong background in customer service who are ready to learn and grow with us.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance. Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers. Maintain a prospect development system using our Volkswagen dealer CRM. Ensure every customer is confident in their vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork before they drive away. Support the Sales Manager with related tasks as required.

No prior car sales experience is required

-- just a positive attitude and a passion for helping people. All our current Sales team members came from non-automotive backgrounds.

Qualifications

Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional, friendly, and straightforward approach to working with others Valid driver's license
