Apply to this position if you:

• Have a valid OMVIC certification
• Have a full G drivers license with clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources
• Meet individual and department goals
• Promote new business and contribute to the company\'s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks
• Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations
• Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available
• Set goals for each month\'s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive sale and/or retail/hospitality
• Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
• Ability to travel and communicate with management
• Outgoing, personable and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Familiar with the Bolton community to represent Bolton Toyota via numerous businesses and social events.
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Industry experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Driver\'s License
• Valid OMVIC License required
