You're here to guide customers, build trust, and create long-term relationships, not just push a deal across the desk.
What You'll Be Doing

• Helping customers navigate vehicle selection, pricing, and ownership options
• Managing showroom, phone, and digital leads using modern sales technology
• Following a proven sales process that protects the customer experience and your reputation
• Building a personal client base that drives repeat and referral business
• Representing the Country Hills Ford brand with confidence, clarity, and integrity
