, you'll act as both advisor and advocate. You'll work with clients to design personalized ownership plans, walk them through the process step by step, and celebrate with them when they achieve the milestone of becoming homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients and introduce them to our Rent-to-Own model
Assess financial situations and outline tailored homeownership strategies
Build lasting client relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
Partner with finance, legal, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client journey
Simplify financial details so clients can make confident, informed decisions
Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance client success
What You'll Bring
Experience in sales, real estate, or finance is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--you know how to connect with people
