Full Commission Sales Consultant - Hy-Grade Steel Roofing

What You'll Do:

Own your area.

Build your pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Get hands-on.

Visit customer homes, assess roof needs, and take precise measurements.

Deliver the pitch.

Present compelling, solution-based consultations highlighting the unbeatable value of Hy-Grade's lifetime steel roofing system.

Quote with confidence.

Provide clear, customized estimates that fit customer needs.

Be their go-to expert.

Build lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.
What It Takes to Win:

3+ years of outside sales experience

(construction, home improvement, or similar preferred). A

hunter mindset

-- motivated, resilient, and self-driven. Strong attention to detail --

accuracy matters

when measuring and quoting. Excellent communication and presentation skills -- make complex things easy to understand. Comfortable with technical tools and hands-on measuring. A natural at

following up, following through, and closing deals.
