Interacts with customers evaluating their purchasing needs;
Educates customers in respect to product features, options and selection;
Provides confident, friendly and quality service on the sales floor and/or sales phone calls;
Displays professional behavior at all times on the sales floor or the phone;
Abide by the directives of the established 'UP System' without exception;
Follows all process and procedural documentation required for sales processing;
Assists the customer service representative's by completing all required documentation to ensure speed of transaction at the point of sale;
Directs customer service inquires to the Customer Service Department;
Participates fully in required daily performance measurements as outlined by the Store Manager and/or Sales Lead;
Works with the Sales Lead and/or Store Manager to integrate defined selling strategies in order to achieve sales levels required both in retail and warranty sales;
Adheres to weekly scheduling for the Sales Team ensuring adequate preparation time prior to each scheduled shift;
Readies customer's product at the in-store warehouse for store pick up or delivery;
Prepares merchandise transfers in the Store Warehouse for stock movement;
Completes mandatory Competition visits;
Participates in special events, inventories, store floor changes, etc..., as required;
Takes initiative to stay educated and informed of industry trends;
Attends meetings, training and product knowledge sessions as required;
Assists in maintaining store presentation in assigned zones and the showroom throughout, as required; and
Participates in showroom pricing and maintenance by completing the 'Weekly Showroom Walk'.
