As an
Automotive Sales Consultant
reporting to the
Sales Managers
, you will guide customers through their buying journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and fully in control, all while representing some of the most talked?about and reliable vehicles on the market. Your ability to deliver superior customer service and create positive, memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do:
Engage customers
in the showroom, on the lot, and digitally; build rapport and understand needs.
Consult and present solutions
(vehicles, financing options, warranties, add-ons) using a customer-first approach.
Test-drive coordination
: explain features, safety, and value clearly and confidently.
Follow-up
via phone/text/email using CRM; maintain clean, accurate notes and next steps.
Negotiate & close
deals professionally with integrity, following dealership processes.
Learn fast
: keep up with product knowledge, incentives, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate
with finance, service, and management for smooth handoffs and great customer experiences.
Represent the brand
consistently--on-site, at events, and online (social presence encouraged).
