Key Responsibilities

Drive Client Growth:

Generate leads, conduct consultations, and close service agreements with clients and families seeking home care.

Represent Luxcare:

Serve as the face of our organization at Industry gatherings.

Build Relationships:

Develop and nurture referral sources including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations.

Strategic Outreach:

Execute community engagement strategies, public presentations, and educational seminars about our services. Cold calls, and any other areas you can reach clients.

Collaborate with our Exec Director and Care Coordinator:

Work closely with our team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences.

What We're Looking For

A persuasive communicator with a

charming, trustworthy, and approachable presence

. Proven track record in

sales and community outreach

(healthcare or senior care experience is a plus). A self-starter who thrives on

. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and follow up consistently. Passion for helping others, with a genuine desire to make a difference.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, PR, or community engagement roles. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Knowledge of the home care or healthcare industry is an asset.
