Benevity is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Commissions Specialist to manage the administration, analysis and reporting of our sales incentive and commissions programs. In this high-impact role, you'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance,RevOps and People Teams to ensure the integrity of sales performance data, compliance with incentive compensation plans, and continuous improvement of commissions-related data and processes.
You'll help ensure accurate calculation, processing, reporting and auditing of sales commission payments in accordance with company variable compensation plans.
