Vault Credit is currently seeking a Sales Coach/Trainer to join our growing, dynamic, and exceptional sales team at our Montreal office!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the sales coach and trainer mandate will include the following:
Sales Coaching
Listen to recordings to identify individual and group trends/ issues
Ability to lead coaching sessions with any individual in the sales team and provide accurate feedback with an action plan
Build out a structured coaching and training plans
Build out a tracking system to follow performance improvements post coaching sessions and evaluate progress
Leverage data and metrics to identify who requires training, who is struggling and what level of support they require from the leadership team
Utilize AI tools to pinpoint areas of success and failure in the calls / missed opportunities.
Build, communicate and share collaterals that are relevant to our sales reality.
Build and maintain call libraries for groups and individuals for the team to access
Provide feedback to the leadership team on gaps and areas where improvements can happen
Sales Training:
Previous experience in delivering instructor led trainings in group setting
Documentation of training for onboardings and ongoing issues, build formalized,
structured training
Help rebuild the onboarding training programs for each sales group - build out formal presentations with support from AI tools & technologies.
Build out ongoing group training sessions to get team performing at peak levels as well as a training schedule and calendar
Other coaching, administrative and office management duties as assigned
Must Be:
3-5 years of sales coach or trainer experience required.
Coach at heart with leadership aptitudes
Extremely organized
Excellent with deliverables and upholding to the time constraints of the deliverables as team members and the leadership team will be counting on those to move forward.
Exceptional communicator and capacity to present in front of an audience.
Comfortable in a fast sales setting where positive energy is required
Strong knowledge of AI and how to use it to help advance coachings/trainings
Ability to build out training documentation
Proficient in Salesforce
Strong coordinator
Training and onboarding experience in sales organizations
* French speaking is an asset.
