Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Clerk. As a Cashier/Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at our store.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Receive and put away orders
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer service is an asset
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be fluent in English-Must have Serving it Right
