Purpose
This role drives sales growth across direct B2B, agent/referral partners, and reseller channels. You will recruit and enable partners, close strategic deals, and help resellers win more business. You'll lead partner recruitment, deal strategy, co-marketing, and sales enablement along with a small sales team to move revenue forward.
Key Responsibilities
Direct B2B Sales
Prospect, qualify, and close new business in core verticals (healthcare, government, finance, legal, education).
Conduct discovery, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, working with Customer Success for delivery.
Agent & Reseller Partner Recruitment and Growth
Recruit new referral partners and resellers in adjacent markets (UCaaS/VoIP providers, MSPs).
Maintain partner relationships and drive engagement and activation to grow existing partner business through enablement, incentives, co-marketing, and support
Deliver sales playbooks, co-branded materials, and competitive insights.
Join partner sales calls for strategic and complex deals.
Management
Lead, coach, and develop a small sales team to meet or exceed team quotas.
Establish and maintain a consistent sales process, cadence, and reporting standards across the team.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and pipeline coaching sessions.
Maintain accurate pipeline and contact data in CRM
Required Skills
Proven track record in B2B and channel sales.
Experience recruiting and enabling partners.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with compliance-heavy tech sales (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2).
Minimum 2+ years experience managing sales professionals in a B2B SaaS, UCaaS, or telecom/VoIP environment.
Proven ability to lead through influence, mentor junior/mid-level sellers, and hold teams accountable to process and results.
