Sales Centre Manager
.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the sales & profitability and sale center operations goals related to EBIT, Area Sales, Area LIPI, Area ecommerce, PI accuracy for a group of Sales Centers in an assigned market
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales center to achieve short- and long-term sales and profit objectives
Develop business plans for the sales center that supports the overall Region and CEC plan
Provide leadership to the sales center employees so that they may accomplish their individual goals
Manage and coach employees through individual development, training, performance reviews, hiring and orientation
Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train new Counter Sales Associates and Sales Center Managers; manage the Sales Centers in the respective market to develop, coach and motivate the teams to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and EBIT targets are met
Oversee and conduct regular audits, sales and business reviews using business intelligence (BI) tools to identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers
Achieve plan performance by controlling expenses, working capital and inventory levels
Optimize customer experience through E-Commerce
Develop sales center marketing promotions and plans
Direct all aspects of sales center admin, including bank deposits, communications, quality initiatives, and warranty and reporting requirements
Provide a safe working environment that encourages employee development and high customer service
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to a wide variety of skill/knowledge levels in addition to possessing excellent presentation skills
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing a branch with proven business results
2 - 3 years of industrial experience, college degree in business or equivalent education and experience preferred;
Computer literacy
Good product knowledge preferred
Good mathematical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and well organized
Ability to motivate employees and make critical business decisions
Enthusiastic and engaged with customers and employees
