The Sales Centre Manager at You Move Me is a leader who embodies our mission to make the ordinary business of moving exceptional. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to deliver an outstanding customer experience from the very first phone call. This role is about more than just hitting sales targets; it's about building and managing a team that delivers on our promise of a stress-free, caring, and professional moving service.

Key Responsibilities



Lead with Empathy and Excellence:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, instilling You Move Me's core values of exceptional customer service and professionalism. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to drive performance and foster a positive, supportive work environment.

Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction:

Develop and implement sales strategies that not only achieve revenue goals but also align with the You Move Me brand promise. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as booking conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and team-wide productivity.

Operational and System Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the sales centre, ensuring the seamless use of our proprietary technology for lead generation, virtual estimates, and real-time tracking. Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain peak efficiency.

Recruit and Onboard Top Talent:

Play a critical role in identifying and hiring individuals who are not only skilled in sales but also possess a "big-hearted" and customer-focused mindset. Provide comprehensive training to new hires on You Move Me's unique sales processes and service standards.

Resolve Customer Issues:

Act as the final point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or concerns, handling them with the utmost care and professionalism to ensure a positive resolution and maintain the brand's reputation for uncompromising service.

Qualifications



Experience:

Proven experience in a sales management or customer service management role, preferably in a service-based industry. A track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. Proficiency with CRM software and a strong aptitude for learning new technology platforms.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications in sales or leadership are a plus.

Compensation - $60-$65k base + Bonus & Commissions



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
