Not sure you want to be a Sales Broker forever? We also offer a pathway to starting your own business and potential to start your own Branch Office with us. This is a pathway to starting your own brokerage that is very rare in our industry. You could also try your hand at Commission Sales and build your own book of business if you wish.

Responsibilities

Manage online leads provided to you in a timely manner and prioritize hot, warm and cold leads. Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to enhance sales strategies.
