Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow property management contracts and service offerings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property owners, landlords, and real estate partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth
Represent the company professionally and consistently across all client-facing interactions
Work closely with leadership and marketing to ensure brand messaging aligns with service offerings
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and outreach campaigns targeting property owners and investors
Track leads, sales activity, and performance using CRM or tracking tools
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the property management industry
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business decisions
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, business development, or brand management (property management or real estate experience is an asset)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable selling service-based solutions and managing longer sales cycles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with CRM systems and standard office software
Knowledge of property management, real estate, or related services is preferred
