About Us:

Foothills Creamery has proudly produced dairy products and served Western Canada for over 50 years. We produce butter and ice cream, now offering over 80 different flavours of ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, and soft serve. We take pride in using locally sourced ingredients and continue to use the same old-fashioned, barrel churned techniques as we did in 1969.

The Role:

The Sales & Brand Ambassador is responsible for supporting Foothills Creamery's Sales and Marketing team. This person will professionally engage and interact with stakeholders, customers, and prospects to provide information, support, and spread brand awareness.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to support customers and provide a high level of customer service Coordinate with existing customers to ensure adequate stock levels through key selling periods Educate customers on specific product features and benefits Distribute point-of-sales materials to scoop shop and retail customers Collect market information while in the field on Foothills Creamery customers and competitors Support content creation for social media channels Support the execution of events, festivals, and activations Collect materials, set up and tear down of events, festivals, and activations Potential for assistance with warehouse and shipping, as required Contribute to positive employee relationships through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with co-workers and leadership Be a positive advocate for the Foothills Creamery brands and clients by acquiring a strong familiarity with our products, purpose, and vision Able to pivot and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment Able to travel as well as work evenings and weekends as needed Performing other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business (currently enrolled) or a similar field or recently graduated

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - intermediate knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills Physical ability to lift (up to) 40lbs
