Sales Audit Analyst plays an important role in reconciling POS sales data, carrier payments and in providing value added findings to support Sales, Operations, Loss Prevention and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly Carrier payments against POS sales transactions
• Process monthly claim submissions and review claims finding with GLENTEL\'s carrier partners
• Review detailed sales transaction reporting to support carrier partner invoicing
• Produce monthly sales adjustment reporting to the Operations team
• Analyze sales audit reporting summarize findings and financial impacts to senior audiences.
• Reconciliation of POS sales data to carrier systems and Dashboard reporting to Retail management team
• Generate sales discrepancies and subscriber cancellations reporting weekly and monthly
• Review POS pricing and promotions setup to reduce likelihood of sales data discrepancies with carrier partner systems
• All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in business, commerce, accounting or related discipline
• 1+ years of business experience, preferably in Data Analysis, Accounting, or Finance
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including prior experience in use of pivot tables, advanced formulas, filtering and synthesizing large volumes of data
• Knowledge of an ERP System (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Power BI experience an asset
• Previous experience in retail or using retail POS systems is an asset
