Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sales Associate/Warehouse Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and office, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and prepared for upcoming renovation jobs and orders. The candidate will also provide work quotes, invoices, etc. utilizing Simply Accounting software. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Duties

:

Take incoming calls and reply to emails from customers accordingly. Basic daily Simply Accounting tasks. Order inventory, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks. Assist in unloading new inventory. Ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked. Make social media ads to promote our services and inventory. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns related to renovation jobs and orders. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English. Previous experience in sales is preferred. Knowledge in the construction industry is an asset, but not necessary. Basic Simply Accounting skills. Basic math skills. Social media knowledge. Experience with POS systems and cashiering duties is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Strong customer service with an emphasis on upselling when appropriate. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team. Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
