Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their wellness needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Share product knowledge to highlight features and benefits, enhancing the customer's buying experience. Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising efforts. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculation Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or health/wellness sales is preferred but not required. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is beneficial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to learning about products and services to enhance wellness knowledge.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
