Key Duties & Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide

personalized product recommendations

Conduct

product demonstrations

to showcase features and benefits Stay informed about

in-store deals, promotions, and new product arrivals

Utilize effective

sales techniques

to drive sales and build customer loyalty Assist with

merchandising efforts

to maintain a clean and appealing store layout Operate the

POS system

and handle

cash transactions

accurately and responsibly Perform

inventory checks

and help restock products as needed Provide

excellent customer service

, resolving issues promptly and professionally Maintain a

positive, welcoming atmosphere

in-store Demonstrate strong

phone etiquette

when assisting customers by phone

Qualifications

Previous

retail or customer service experience

preferred

Bilingual or multilingual

abilities are a plus (especially English + other languages) Familiarity with

technology or vape products

is desirable Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Basic

math and cash-handling

abilities Strong

time management

and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting

Team player

19 years or older
