Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the front store area, providing excellent service Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly faced and organized Receive, check in, and organize inventory orders Operate the till, handling cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front store, including end-of-day cleaning Open and close the till as required Support the pharmacy team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and Teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, POS, and phone systems, Accurate cash handling skills Friendly, customer-focused attitude and ability to maintain a clean, organized work area Ability to lift items over 20 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Observant and proactive in assisting customers and supporting team members
