Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, picked, and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable with heavy lifting and operating various warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment. Perform order picking tasks to prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy in selection and packing. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues. Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of all products. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow efficiency.

Skills

Experience operating cranes, forklifts, or clamp trucks is preferred. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to perform order picking efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Capability to handle heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices is beneficial. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication within a diverse workforce.
