Job Posting: Sales Associate/Bra Fitter

Hours:

11am to 3:00pm from Tuesday to Saturday

(possibly extending hours from 10:30 to 3:30 Tuesday to Saturday)

, as you will be responsible for managing transactions, tracking inventory, and utilizing store systems efficiently. Your ability to navigate these tools will ensure smooth operations and help provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Customer Engagement

: Greet every customer warmly and assist them with a friendly, welcoming approach as they walk through the door. Ensure their experience is enjoyable and tailored to their needs.

Sales Process

: Guide customers throughout their shopping journey--whether that's in the fitting room, on the sales floor, or via phone--to help them find exactly what they're looking for.

Driving Sales

: Increase store revenue by actively engaging with customers through suggestive selling, sharing detailed product knowledge, and offering solutions to their needs.

POS Transactions

: Process sales efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed during checkouts.

Merchandise Care

: Carefully fold, wrap, and bag purchases, providing customers with a seamless and thoughtful checkout experience.

Replenish and Organize

: Keep the store organized by returning tried-on items to their proper places and maintaining the overall neatness of the sales floor.

Inventory Assistance

: Help with receiving and stocking new merchandise, ensuring the store is always well-stocked and displays are attractive.

Store Maintenance

: Assist in keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day to create an inviting atmosphere.

Product Knowledge

: Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, promotions, and reward programs to inform customers about exciting offers.

Security and Procedures

: Follow company operating, security, and safety procedures consistently to protect both inventory and customers.

Opening and Closing

: Assist with store opening and closing procedures to ensure the store is ready for customers each day.

Required Experience and Skills:

Retail Experience

: 1+ year of retail experience, particularly in clothing sales.

POS System

: Familiarity with Shopify or similar POS systems.
