Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions, administrative tasks, and other responsibilities
- Perform basic math calculations to process payments and provide accurate change Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to upsell products or services based on customer needs and preferences
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions accurately
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer populations
