RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

Greet all customers with a warm demeanor Have excellent verbal communication that allows you to encourage unscripted and organic conversation with our customers. Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with customers to discover their needs, delivering a winning solution

Merchandising

Ensure the store is kept tidy and maintained for customers Secure merchandise to prevent theft and mishandling of product Perform audits of merchandise to assist with inventory control

General

Present to the public with a clean appearance Accurately process various forms of payment for goods and services Comply with all store policies and procedures Be consistent in scheduling and available for required shifts Follow loss prevention protocols, maintaining security of cash and merchandise Have the ability to work at ANY of our 3 locations

EXPERIENCE

Commitment to providing customer service Previous cash register and balancing skills Ability to provide a proactive approach in problem-solving Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to function as part of the team in a fast paced environment
