Duties
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette for customer interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. A proactive approach to upselling and promoting additional products or services.
